Feature Reverted: Decouple URL Slug from Headline

Based on valuable feedback from our user community, we have reverted the URL slug decoupling feature that was introduced in the previous release.

What This Means:

• URL slugs will once again auto-update when headlines are modified (restored to previous behavior)
• The "Generate automatically from SEO title" checkbox visibility has returned to its original state
• This change affects both the Articles and Liveblog screens
