Fans United Integration Process

In this article, we will go over all the required steps from start to finish in order to have the Fans United integration enabled for your project.

The Fans United integration adds fan engagement, gamification, and prediction games to your Sportal365 platform. To enable it, contact Fans United for credentials, pass them to Sportal365 support, and complete front-end development – a process that typically takes about two weeks after your contract is signed.

Fans United is a fan engagement and gamification platform that turns your website or app into an interactive hub for sports fans. Key benefits include:

Integration Steps:

  1. Initiate contact with Fans United: reach out to establish the necessary credentials and agreements, including:

    • api_key
    • environment
    • id_schema
    • client_id
    • language

  2. Provide Fans United credentials to Sportal365: once you have the credentials, send them to Sportal365 support at support@sportal365.com, along with any other information needed for the integration.

  3. Feature activation for testing: after contractual confirmation, our team activates the Fans United feature on your sandbox project for testing.

  4. Front-end development: in parallel, build and customize the Fans United widgets to match your project's design requirements.

  5. Final activation and deployment: once testing and front-end development are complete, our team activates Fans United for your live project.
