Using Custom Entities in Articles
Accessing the Tags Menu
- While editing an article, locate and click the Tags menu
- The Tags menu will appear with several options:
- Tags - used for the custom tags created in your project
- Domain
- Entity Type
- Connections (custom entities)
Adding Custom Entities to Articles
- Select Domain
- Click the Domain dropdown
- Choose from the available options:
- Sport
- Technology
- Entertainment
- Business
- Politics
- Social media
- Esports
- Choose Entity Type
- After selecting a domain, choose the Entity Type:
- Person
- Organization
- Place
- Role
- After selecting a domain, choose the Entity Type:
- Select Specific Entities
- Use the Connections field to search for entities
- Select entities from the search results
- Selected entities appear with their icons and color coding below

- Organization - Pink
