Integration Steps:

1. Initiate Contact with JW Player: Begin the integration process by reaching out to JW Player to establish the necessary credentials and agreements. This includes obtaining the following information:

   • site_id
   • api_secret
   • category from the Sportal365 CMS, which will be used for the videos uploaded from JW Player.

   NOTE: The integration works exclusively with v2 API Credentials with an Admin user role.

2. Complete the JW Player training: Once the contract with the JWPlayer is signed you will have to complete an internal training provided by the JW Player team on how to use all the features of their platform in order to optimize your content.
3. Training provided by Sportal365: Once you have the knowledge provided by the JW Player team, the Sportal365 team will provide you with a training session on how to use the JWPlayer integration inside our CMS.

4. Provide JW Player Credentials to Sportal365: Once you have obtained the required credentials from JW Player, provide them to Sportal365. Reach out to Sportal365 support through our official email address at support@sportal365.com and include the JW Player credentials along with any additional information required for the integration.

5. Feature Activation: Upon receiving the necessary credentials, our team will activate the JW Player feature for your project within the Sportal365 CMS.

   NOTE: A fresh login will be required to load the additional JW Player menu inside the CMS once the integration is enabled.
