How to add a new Author

This is a step-by-step guide on how to add an author in Sportal365.

Authors let you credit the people who create content on your site, with their own bio and social links.

Creating an author

  1. From the main navigation, select Authors, then select New Author.

  2. Enter a name and biography, then add any social links that apply (Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Viber, YouTube) and a profile photo.

  3. Select Is Default? if this author should be pre-selected for new content, and Is Active to make the author selectable.

4. Optionally, fill in the SEO panel (title, description, keywords, slug, indexing/following, JSON-LD, HREFLANG) on the right.

5. When done, select Save Author.
