Quotes are text-only blocks used for highlighting a quote from someone usually important to the story or a short sentence to grab the reader’s attention.

Bear in mind that each media has a style guide that sets rules for quoting. However, a general rule of thumb is, if the quote is from a person or publication, including the author’s name and title.
