# Multisport Widget

## The Multi-Sport Widget displays multiple sports and competitions in one interface, allowing users to customize and filter the events they view.

**Configuring the Multisport widget**

To set up the **Multisport** widget:

1. In the left sidebar, under **OTHER**, select **Multisport widget configuration**.

2\. In the **Multisport Widget** card, select the date you wish to configure in **Date**: use the arrows to move to the previous or next day, or select the date to open a calendar. What you add is shown on the selected date only.

3\. In the **Add events** panel, use the date navigator under **Or search events by date in the list below** to choose the day whose events are listed. You can also search with **Search events by name...** and tick the sport checkboxes below the search box (for example **Football**) to choose which sports are listed.

Please note that the **Add events** list has its own date navigator, separate from the **Date** you are configuring. You can browse events on other days without changing the configured date, and everything you add is shown on the date selected in the **Multisport Widget** card.

4\. Add events using the **+** button next to each event (its tooltip reads **Add to widget**). The **+** next to a competition adds all of its events. Added events appear in the **Multisport Widget** card, grouped by competition.

5\. Add starred events using the star button (**Add to Starred events**). A starred event is added to the widget straight away and listed under **Starred events** in the card. The star next to a competition stars all of its events. Once an event is in the widget, its star and **+** buttons are disabled:

Please note the widget on the website loads the starred events by default (the widget lists them as **Top Events**). If you wish to control what is being displayed, star the events when you select them. 

The rest of the events are available only in the drop-down menu:

If no events are starred, the widget will display all matches for the selected day from the list of tournaments you are using.

6\. Review the events in the **Multisport Widget** card: each one has a star, a delete button and a drag handle. When you have configured the selected date and added all the events, select **Save Changes** at the bottom of the card. The button stays disabled until you make a change.
